In the morning, Deepika drinks a teaspoon of honey in a low warm water, or drinks a glass of lemon juice.

(Breakfast) 2 egg white, 2 almonds, one cup of fat milk or 2 egg white, 2 idlis / 2 plain dosa / 2 plate dosa

Pre-lunch snacks – Filling a bowl

Lunch – Deepika joins a bowl grilled fish and vegetable-roti in lunch.

Evening Snacks – Filter Coffee and 2 Almonds or Pecan Nuts

Dinner – The Dipika incorporates light things into her dinner. Makes more salads, roti and vegetables in it.
